How We Started

RTO started in a small sandwich shop in Corona, CA in 2002. The sandwich shop was looking for an online ordering solution to better service their customers. Three months after being hired for the job, RTO completed the website and made online ordering a success.

Since then, RTO has continued to improve technologies in the online ordering industry. These improvements include:

About The Founders

Jason Kiefer - President and Founder.
Jason has over 15 years in the restaurant industry, and has worked at many positions in the industry, from busser to bartender.
"Technology is a key factor in the success of a restaurant. My job is to educate restaurants about how technology can help their business, and add to their profits with products that RTO develops."
Jason received his BS in Physics with an emphasis in business from Cal-State University Fullerton.

Emad Farraj - Vice President of Operations.
Emad has worked in technology for over 10 years. His work includes developing many complex systems in the Aerospace, pharmaceutical and restaurant industries.
"Technology needs to be easy to use for the end user. It is also key to have a small installation footprint in order to not interrupt current operations"
Emad received his BS in Computer Science from the University of California at Irvine, and is a Sun certified enterprise architect.
