AppLab Loyalty

One balance. Points at the register
and online.

A loyalty program your guests can explain in one sentence: you earn points, you spend points. Certified Shift4 loyalty provider · installed from the Marketplace · no per-order commissions.

Why guests stop using loyalty programs

Most programs ask the guest to do the reconciling. They track a point balance and, separately, a wallet of issued rewards. That is why a guest with 500 points opens the app, sees no rewards available, and asks your cashier why — two currencies, one confused guest, and a question your staff cannot answer at the counter.

AppLab Loyalty keeps one number in front of the guest. Points. Everything that makes a program flexible sits behind that number, where it belongs — your problem to configure, never the guest's problem to understand.

What a punch card looks like

A twelve-item punch card, each stamp showing the item's own photo

Each stamp is an item you pick, and it shows that item's own photo straight from the menu — nothing extra to upload. Stamps fill in as the guest collects them, and when the card is complete the reward is issued automatically, with an expiry if you set one.

What it does

One balance, in store and online

Points earn on every ticket — at the SkyTab register and on your online ordering site — and spend from the same balance. No separate in-store program to reconcile against a web one.

No card. No app download.

Guests join and identify with their phone number. Nothing to carry, nothing to lose, nothing for a cashier to look up. A new guest is enrolled in the time it takes to read out ten digits.

Works without a menu

A location running the register only — no online ordering — can still run the program. Dollar-off and percent-off rewards need no menu at all, so loyalty is not gated behind having a website first.

Punch cards

Buy ten, get one. Build a card around whichever items you choose, with rewards that can expire so they drive a return visit rather than sitting in an account forever.

Rewards you control

Dollars off, percent off, a free item, or any item in a category. Order-level or item-level, with optional rules for minimum spend, day and time windows, eligible categories, and how many times a guest can use one.

Rewards for one guest

Birthday rewards, comps and make-goods go to a single member and cost them nothing. They appear in the same list as everything else, marked free and with an expiry date, so the guest still sees one list.

Voids put it back

Void a ticket and the points come back, along with any reward that was applied. The ledger reverses the exact original transaction rather than re-estimating it.

It feeds your marketing

The customer list it builds is yours, and it drives your email, SMS and push campaigns — so a lapsed regular is someone you can actually reach.

Why this is different

What the market offers independents

  • Enterprise "guest engagement" platforms built and priced for chains
  • Online-only points the register knows nothing about
  • Points in one place and a separate wallet of rewards in another
  • A separate vendor, login and bill from your ordering

What you get here

  • One balance, at the counter and online
  • One number in front of the guest — points
  • Points, punch cards and expiring rewards in the same program
  • One platform, one login, one bill — with your ordering

Questions, answered

Does my guest need to download an app?

No. Guests are identified by phone number at the register or at online checkout. If you also run a branded app, the balance shows inside it.

Do points work both in store and online?

Yes — one balance. A guest earning at the register can spend those points on an online order, and the other way round.

Do I need online ordering to use this?

No. Dollar-off and percent-off rewards work with no menu, so a register-only location can run the full program.

What happens if a ticket is voided?

Points earned on that ticket are reversed and any reward applied to it is returned to the guest automatically.

How do guests join?

With a phone number. No card to issue, no sign-up form, no app install.

Is it integrated with SkyTab, or bolted on?

Integrated. A certified Shift4 loyalty provider, installed from the Shift4 Marketplace, working inside the flow your staff already use.
